FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TO REGISTER?
We accept campers between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.
2DO YOU OFFER HALF DAYS OR EXTENDED CAMP HOURS?
We do not offer half days or extended camp hours.

Camp begins promptly at 9:00AM and kids are expected to be picked up between 3:00PM and 3:15PM.

Campers cannot be dropped off more than 30 minutes before camp and must be picked up within 30 minutes of camp ending.

There will be a $25 fee for any camper not picked up within 30 minutes.
3WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS TO MISS A DAY OF CAMP?
It is fine on our end for your child to miss a day of camp.

If you need to cancel, please e-mail [email protected] and we will help you do so.

We do not offer pro-rated prices or refunds for missed days.
4If I NEED TO CANCEL, WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We offer a 50% refund if the cancellation is made at least two weeks before the first day of camp.

We also offer a %100 refund in the form of a Climb Murfreesboro gift card.

The 100% refund can be claimed at any point before the first day of camp.
5WHAT IS YOUR BEHAVIOR POLICY?
Climb Murfreesboro will provide a fun, safe, and positive environment for our campers.

We expect all participants to demonstrate excellent behavior at all times.

Poor conduct, distracting horseplay, bullying, or not following instructions will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to cancel any camper's session, with no refund, if he or she cannot behave appropriately
6WHAT IF A CAMPER IS ON THE SPECTURM FOR AUTISM?
We do our very best to welcome campers of all abilities.

7WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS TO TAKE MEDICATION DURING THE DAY?
We cannot take responsibility for, or administer any medication.

We prefer that campers take medications at home before or after summer camp sessions.

We will do our best to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate your child's needs.
